All tapes are labelled, and if i remove this tape from pool and add other tape
to pool, this error repeated...
If i boot server in old installation, change drive path - all work, no errors
in logs.

Your clue here is the error message that says

This message almost always means that the tape accessed (000052L2) was
not labelled by TSM when it was first checked in. This can be corrected
by checking the tape out with
checkout libv <library_name> 000052L2 remove=no checkl=no
followed by
label libv <library_name> 000052L2 checkin=scratch
labelsource=barcode
