See handy definitions in http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts . A Physical File is an Aggregate. However, Aggregates are not huge, and where a client Logical File is huge, it is both the Logical and Physical file. You can do Query Content on that volume to identify the file and its nature.
