Agree, but if you look at the http://www-3.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/IBM_TSM_Supported_Devices_for_AIXHPSUNWIN.html#LTO%20Tape%20Drives
page you see a seperate section about other drives in a library., since th TSM device driver controlls the library, then the drives section should matter and tell you what to use.

I found that I had to login to see this list, strange also that someone needs an ID to see what hardware is working with a software product.
Anyway, I saw several descriptions of the STK libraries with the differant tapedrive vendors mentioned.
Did you also saw the list with a key symbol on the left.
