ACN5304E when I use the CLI to backup Exchange

Hello
 
When I use the GUI I can backup my Exchange storage groups without problem,
but when I run the CLI, tdpexcc.exe, I get "ACN5304E, Unable to open service
to determine if running or not"
Have anyone seen this??? Which service does it want to open???
 
 
Enviroment:
TDP for Exchange 5.1.5
Exchange 2000
Windows 2000
TSM Server 5.1.6 on MVS
