You will not find it anywhere. The library microcode is on a chip on the control board inside your library. The only way to have your library microcode upgraded is by placing a service call at IBM. They will come and place a new chip in your library. I have had it done here, it takes about 30 minutes. But you stated that IBM doesn't have it? Was that a service engineer?
