Just upgraded huh? Did you halt and restart TSM server after the upgrade? Need to do that with library upgrade. I have AIX for server platform, may need to do something else also for NT platform.
Basically it's so TSM picks up new slots or other changes. You should also run an "audit library" after any library upgrade.
