Export/import is the supported way. Restore will not work but if you succeed many people on this list would be interested to know. Third way is to setup the NT server from scratch and delete all the data from AIX one. Maybe that exactly the damagement wants.

Did you export the server, import on NT and then export all the nodes? Is there a faster way? Can you restore the DB from AIX to NT?
