I am having the same problem. I am on TSM v4.1.4.4. I delete the tape, with discardd=yes, and I get return code 13. I try move data, and I get "ANR2209W Volume 101198 contains no data.". I have 7 tapes in this state. I will be calling Tivoli, but I have not gotten to it yet.
