I guess you're running BMC Patrol to monitor your environment, and you want
the Patrol Knowledge Module for TSM, which is available from an Austrailian
company (sorry I don't remember the name)....
We use Patrol as an adjunct to HP's ITO, and I tried the KM a couple of
years ago. But I was not able to get it working completely. I dropped it
because of the effort and cost, but if Patrol was our primary monitor, I'd
take a closer look. What I saw looked pretty good, and the features I
didn't get working looked even better (if they were working of course).

Sorry my e-mail wasn't very clear, i was after information about the BMC
Monitoring Tool for TSM, to help manage events and alerts and so forth.
