We use the SQL Backtrack for Oracle here for 6 production databases and about 20 dev/qa databases. It works real well. The biggest complaint that I have is the lack of support from BMC for multiple retentions for the same database. For example, regular backups keep x amount of days, but quarterly backups kept 6 years. There are ways to hack around that however.
