You have to explicitly delete the files - usually with rman herfried

Hi TSM specialists, We have encountered a problem with a server that uses TDP for oracle. One of our server now has a total of about 9 TB of data on our tape pool !!! What we found out is that this is caused by the fact that everytime TDP sents data to our TSM server it gives the "file" a new name so all versions are still active and growing !! growing !! growing !! Which is OK for the bill we send to the customer but not really a desirable situation.
