As far as I know all TSM points are same. For example points for 3 servers (Tier 1) and 100 managed systems for LAN can be used for a server (Tier 2), a managed library and 20 managed systems for SAN. This can happen after a large server consolidation where both TSM server and application servers are consolidated. This is for v4.1 and v4.2. Version 3.7 is with part numbers not points. But because 5698-TSM and 5698-DRM are not the same I think their points cannot be interchanged.
