This was announced at Planet Tivoli in San Francisco last week. Freddy
Saldana's presentation TSM 4.x update, which included 4.1, 4.2 and 5.1
releases.
I made the same searches when I returned from work and only found the white
paper you refer to as well. I can send you Freddy's presentation if you want.
