Have you tried Backup Eagle from SchmitzRZ, see www.backup-eagle.com 
<http://www.backup-eagle.com/>.
It is not an admin tool like TSMManager, but has a lot of graphs and functions 
which you know from ServerGraph.
They offer a free PoC for their software.
