Hi all,

is there any way to get the return code of the backup using a postschedcmd?

I would think there might be a environment variable that holds the RC, but i found no information on that. Maybe there's also a better way?

if not i might take the fact the postschedcmd is run at all the RC of the backup itself must be 0 or 4  -- as otherwise the postschedcmd won't run. Any opionions on this approach?

thanks & best
Bjørn
