TCP/IP error reason codes

Hello *sm people,

Could anyone tell me what 'Reason code 32' means in the following;
ANR8216W error sending data on socket 54. Reason code 32

We are getting hundreds of these sent to the actlog within a couple of
seconds, and this is followed by the system running out of paging space and
killing dsmserv...

We think we know the cause, but I could do with knowing what reason 32 is..
