Shekhar - first check for filesystem full in /tmp /usr etc.
If no problems there, check your /etc/vfs (perhaps compare with another
RS/6000 which completes the mksysb with no problems). If the files are
different you may want to try correcting it yourself by copying or editing
from the other version - it's a text file, but be careful! Alternative is
to call IBM AIX support to get their help. Or you can try
searching/appending comp.unix.aix newsgroup - that one is more specific to
AIX than this one.
