The goal of this proposal is to introduce the AGGREGATED-BY-LIR status for IP Hi Jeroen, I support this proposal. Since this policy introduces convenience for LIR by aligning ipv4 object policy to the ipv6 policy, unclear usage of the admin contact should not prevent this improvement in policy.
