The document draft-ietf-ace-revoked-token-notification includes the registration request for the media type application/ace-trl+cbor

The registration text is provided in [1], and at the end of this mail for convenience.

Consistent with the current practice, the next versions of the document will indicate "IETF" (instead of "IESG") as Change Controller.
