My concern is that it does not show /dev/sdD0/data as 9660 when listing possible choices to boot from, unless ofc you didn't copy-paste(?) the full output precisely. Could be that the ISO wasn't burned correctly? I'm not exactly sure. The /386/init is definitely there on the ISO which boots fine for me here.
