originally, the goal was to get atom machines working. that goal was largely met, so the name is somewhat of an anachronism. it's the same set of kernels i run everwhere. i don't know anything about any model of the eeepc. ymmv. there's no go included in 9atom yet, but you should be able to install it with no problems. - erik
