I had suspected that. However, the uid/gid value being displayed is not -1. It's -2. Maybe that's what threw me. Perhaps, somewhere, there's: #define EDRIVECRAZY -2 > Forget about 9p2000.u, it's deprecated. IIRC, the RFC for it didn't indicate deprecated status. (Perhaps IETF could use an update.)
