As far I know, these RFCs were early draft and were never completed
nor submitted.

I think the 9P2000.u authors moved to a new approach, which was
called 9P2010 and is now called 9P2000.l. I don't know anything
about it however.

Anyway, plan9port applications only speak 9P2000.
