Well, I got that idea from this list. I said a little bit about why I believed it was true ... about dedup being ineffective for VM's ... Would you care to describe a use case where dedup would be effective for a VM? Or perhaps cite something specific, instead of just wiping the whole thing and saying "patently false?"
