It was never a component that was released as part of OpenSolaris and as Sol11Exp is a derivative of that release rather than the Solaris10 line then I guess its not included.
The GUI was a plug-in to Sun WebConsole which is/was a Solaris10 feature … I would expect some integration of that going forward, but you'd have to check with Oracle on integration plans.
