Hi,
I recently discovered some - or at least one corrupted file on one ofmy ZFS
datasets, which caused an I/O error when trying to send a ZFDS snapshot to
another host:
zpool status -v obelixData
pool: obelixData
state: ONLINE
status: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data
corruption. Applications may be affected.
action: Restore the file in question if possible. Otherwise restore the
entire pool from backup.
see: http://www.sun.com/msg/ZFS-8000-8A
scrub: none requested
config:
NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM
obelixData ONLINE 4 0 0
c4t210000D023038FA8d0 ONLINE 0 0 0
c4t210000D02305FF42d0 ONLINE 4 0 0
Are you aware that this is a very dangerous configuration?
Your pool lacks redundancy and you will loose it if one of the devices
fails.
