BTRFS is inside the linux kernel. Copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc. There is no other copyright written in there (that I can find with grep) but the GPL does say something to contributors, which could "fuzz" the line between copyright owner for contributions added by somebody outside the FSF.
