Hi Sundirk Im having exactly the same problem can you please post your fix on how you resolved this permissions issue.
I have created another share and can read and write to it no problems. The top level share will allow me to write to it but then i can not delete any files after the fact. I believe that the permissions are also stopping time machine form backing up to shared drive. I havent had a backup for over 2 weeks and getting a little worried about our home and office data. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
