Yes. Replace all the disks in one vdev, and that vdev will become larger. Your disk layout won't change though - You'll still have a raidz vdev, a raidz2 vdev. It might be a good idea to revise the layout a bit with larger disks. If you do change the layout, then a send/receive is the easiest way to move your data.
