I have an external disk that was offline yesterday, so today when I booted my
system I made sure it was turned on. ZFS of course brought it current with the
pool (I have a 3 disk zfs mirror), and for the first time I saw this result for
the resilver process:

resilver completed after 307445734561825859h50m with 0 errors

Note it ends in xx hours and 50 minutes. When I convert the hours portion to
octal or binary numbers, just because I'm curious, it reveals some interesting
patterns.

I have no problem, but I just found this odd. Any ideas what happened? The
resilver completed in a matter of minutes--under 10.
