Ok ... Given that ... yes, we all know that swapping is bad (thanks for the enlightenment).
To Swap or not to Swap isn't releated to this question, and besides, even if you don't page swap, other mechanisms can still claim swap space, such as the tmp file system. The question is simple, "IF" you have to swap (for whatever reason), then which of two alternatives is better (separate disk partitons on multiple disks, or zvol ZFS stripes or mirrors - and why).
