I think I figured it out. I took a look at 'fmdump -eV' and found the two errors below listed multiple times. Nov 28 03:28:25.2053 ereport.io.scsi.cmd.disk.tran Nov 28 03:28:25.2053 ereport.io.scsi.cmd.disk.recovered ... and all the errors are on the disk that had data repaired.
