This is why wikipedia is wrong in mny cases :-(

IIR, there was a talk about tmpfs on the Sun User Group meeting around 
december 6th in San Jose in 1987. Maybe someone finds the proceedings.

It is bad practise to advertize own projects on wikipedia.
