I'm looking at getting a DRAM-based Solid State Drive (the old style, using DDR or DDR2 DIMMs with a battery backup). I need something that does a silly number of IOPS, and I'm not willing to pay for a Zeus SSD.

I'm looking for something that fits these criteria: (1) uses DDR or (preferably) DDR2 DIMMs, hopefully ECC (2) minimum 4 DIMM slots, minimum 8GB capacity, though 16GB would be better. (3) 5.25" half-height (CDROM size) form factor OR 3.5" form factor (4) preferably SAS interface, though 3.0Gbps SATA is OK, too.
