That is quite dependent on the disks involved. At 60MB/second, it would take 3-1/2 hours. At 30MB/second, it is way up to 7 hours. This assumes that the disk is entirely full. ZFS only needs to resilver the amount which is actually consumed. Regardless, maximum allowable resilver time should be considered when looking at disk size. Huge disks increase risk.
