This line is coming from svm, which leads me to believe that the zfs boot blocks were not properly installed by live upgrade. You can try doing this by hand, with the command: installboot -F zfs /usr/platform/`uname -m`/lib/fs/zfs/bootblk /dev/rdsk/c1t1d0s0 But if live upgrade was unable to do that already, there may be other issues to uncover once you actually do boot.
