I can see a number of closed bugs, and some discussion on this, but I can't
find if there's any outstanding bug for it. Can anybody find one, or should I
create a new bug?
In snv_103 I've seen resilvers restarting several times. I have been running
"zpool status" as root, but most of the time that works fine, I'm not convinced
that is causing the restarts.

In fact, I just did a test, resilvering 1.4GB of data, and running zpool status
as admin every second for the final 30%. That resilver completed absolutely
fine.

Discussions and bugs I've seen:
Resilver killed by "zpool status". Not reproducible since snv_94, and a closed
bug:

Resilver restarting when snapshots are taken (or zfs receive run), fixed in
snv_94:
