The problem seems to be some low level zfs filesystem corruption. A zpool scrub turns up no problems. Is there anything else I can do to figure out why grub complains about the filesystem? Looking at the grub code, there's about a bazillion things that could go wrong to cause this failure. Is there some fsck-like program that can check everything that grub depends on to find the source of the problem, and hopefully fix it?
