Here's some more output that might be helpful:

$ sudo zpool import
  pool: tank
    id: 1800443326470279765
 state: UNAVAIL
action: The pool cannot be imported due to damaged devices or data.
config:

        tank        UNAVAIL  insufficient replicas
          raidz1    UNAVAIL  corrupted data
            c2d0    ONLINE
            c2d1    ONLINE
            c3d0    ONLINE
            c3d1    ONLINE
            c1t0d0  ONLINE
            c1t1d0  ONLINE
            c1t2d0  ONLINE
            c1t3d0  ONLINE

I'm not sure why it thinks there are insufficient replicas because the
pool was functioning perfectly before the restart. There's also a
spare attached to the pool that's not showing here.
