Well, I believe that the ZFS ACLs are a secondary problem.

star supports ACLs already and the problem was that at the time when I was 
ready to add ZFS ACLs, the ACL support library on Solaris was not useful for 
star. Now I am waiting for the star integration before I add support for ZFS 
ACLs.
