Um, "cd .." and "pkgadd -d ." again. The package is the actual directory that you unpacked. Note the instructions for unpacking confused me a bit as well. I had expected to "pkgadd -d . filebench", but pkgadd is smart enough to scan the entire "-d" directory for packages.
