Hi!
We're running Solaris10u4 here on a Sun Fire 2200 (x86/Opteron) with 8 GB RAM,
and after a long time of problems I'm about to give up our zfs installation (on
a simple scsi hardware raid) because of massive problems with (low memory?)
deadlocks - even a simple 'zfs list' sometimes locks the zfs-system for
minutes, especially when there's some traffic (it's a samba-box).

I'm sorry for not giving a more detailed description but I guess some people
know this problem - I just couldn't find any solution or workaround anywhere.
Could be (i.e.) the same as:
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6628833
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6457639

So, is there any workaround for this (changing the arc cache setting in
/etc/system is at least useless here, adding 4 GB RAM didn't help either) or
will there be a solution/patch for it in the (near) future?

Greetings from Aachen, germany
Jochem Ippers
