Ques: does it matter why he's a troll?
I don't think so.... but my best guess is that Bill is out of work,
and, due to the financial hardship, has had to cut his alzheimer's
medication dosage in half.
I could be wrong, with my guess, but as long as I keep seeing this
"can you guess?" question, I feel compelled to answer it. :)
