yes, because ocfs is build for that.
it`s a cluster filesystem - that`s what you need for this.
another name is "shared disk filesystem"

i`m not that deep into solaris, but iirc there isn`t one for free.
veritas is quite popular, but you need spend lots of bucks for this.
maybe SAM-QFS ?
