Has anyone looked at using the Tyan Tempest i5000x motherboard yet?

6 SATA (unknown if they work with Solaris)
8 SAS (LSI 1068E which is known to work with Solaris)

At $350, I would say it's a steal since the LSA SAS1068X PCI-X card
is almost $250 itself!

That looks like something I wouldn't mind having. ;)
