Please be careful and reread the GPL....

The GPL does only require you to out something under the GPL if it is a 
"derived Work" from a GPLd sour or if it contains a sufficient amount (more 
then allowed by fair use) if GPLd code.

This does not seem to be true for a ZFS -> Linux port.
