Agreed. I remember years ago, when a Sun service tech came onsite at a fortune 100 company I was working in at the time and we stopped him, handed him a disk drive in an anti-static bag and said - "don't unpack your tools - it was a bad disk, we replaced it from our spares, here's the bad one - please replace it under the service agreement".
