That's decent - is that the number reported by "zpool iostat"?  In that case
then I think 1GB = 1024^4, my GB measurements are roughly "billion bytes",
so there's some of the diff.  Also, we use four threads, one per CPU for I/O
in our DBMS so we get closer to saturation on RAID10.
