Chris,

You could use 'zfs send/recv' to migrate one of the filesystems to pool you want to keep. You will need to make sure that the properties for that filesystem are correct after migrating it over. Then you can destroy the pool you just migrated off of and add those disks to the pool you migrated to. This will prevent you from having to destroy all and restore.
