Basically nothing implementation-wise, except that you don't have the
weird notion 'alternate root=/', which doesn't really make any sense.
It's really just a clarification of behavior, without having to rely on
the (documented) side-effect of importing with an alternate root.

Since the behavior is identical to '-R /', you can see why it hasn't
been implemented yet...
